Owned and managed by one of the most prestigious hotels in Venice, these two lovely apartments (see also Merceria B) are only a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and yet tucked away in a private courtyard location.

The apartment is furnished to the highest standard in the original Venetian style, absolutely newly restored. With the added advantage of the hotel's service on hand, it's an ideal pied-a-terre for those who need a pit stop in between sightseeing, rushing of to Harry's Dolci for lunch and catching an exhibition before the gallery closes.

Some windows have views onto the famous Merceria, the street of many small shops (lace work, glass, clothes and shoes, etc.), a busy bustly location. An ideal one for shopaholics and Venetophiles alike. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has a "suite" feel, with good quality glasses and table napkins, linen sheets and copious towels. The Hotel staff (a few minutes away) are on hand to help and advise, and no language problems!

This is a second floor apartment with the advantage of an excellent American style kitchen and a stylish shower rooms, as well as an elegant living room, and comfortable cosy bedrooms. The main shower room is en suite with the main bedroom, while the second shower room is up an internal flight of stairs from the twin bedroom. This apartment can be rented in conjunction with Merceria B to incorporate 6 guests.

Our comment: a very good standard apartment in an excellent if busy location with a certain level of background noise. Very stylish.
