This is the top floor mansarda apartment which is the owner’s own and is available to let from time to time. It is a really comfortable cosy pad and is the perfect bolthole, only a few minutes from San Marco. It has a living room with views both on to Campo Arsenale and beyond, a good well equipped kitchen area, a double bedded sleeping gallery (king size), a separate twin bedroom and a bathroom. The gallery has a glass front panel cleverly designed so that you can gaze down on to the canal below from the comfort of your bed! Our comment: this is a very comfortable, cosy and atmospheric flat and, as with all the apartments in this lovely house, is very well furnished, equipped and maintained. Much recommended. Facilities: Telephone, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, central heating, TV (CNN, Sky).
