This is an an absolutely lovely relaxing apartment in a very local part of Venice yet only 10 minutes from San Marco. It has a large drawing room which opens into a smaller living room - there is also a formal dining area as part of the large living area. The apartment has a master bedroom and two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a terrace.

Our comment: we don't take on many new apartments these days but we just had to snap up this first floor apartment as it's so lovely! High ceilings, terrazzo flooring, sympathetic furnishings and a terrace - what more could anyone want?

Facilities: Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, CD, radio, wireless internet on request
