It's a perfect bolthole for relaxed outside living yet is only a stone's throw from San Marco and Rialto, and just off the delightful Campo Santa Maria Formosa. This south facing and sunny apartment has a main living area which is open plan with a modern kitchen, bathroom (shower only) and at the other end of the apartment steps up to an open plan double bedroom area with extra w.c. Terrace in two separate areas which wraps around the apartment. Fifth floor, no lift - quite a hike and only for the seriously fit but the climb is worth it.... Our comment: this is a wonderful apartment for its location, privacy, light, views and stunning outside space. We had to take it on! Facilities: heating, air conditioning, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD. N.B. We have just revamped the terrace and will have some new pictures soon.

Other information	The apartment has a sofa bed suitable for a small child, but please remember it is open plan! The rental price includes gas, electricity, bed and bath linen and final clean. Air conditioning extra, payable to VA before departure: €56 (week); €40 (short stay). Late arrival charge after 8.00pm at property: €65, payable locally. Please check before booking that this will be possible. There is a charge of €65 for Sunday arrival, payable locally.
