This is one of a small group of apartments to let in Giudecca Mare, a new waterfront development on Giudecca with communal courtyard and dock area.

This apartment has direct views on to the central area and to the lagoon from its elevated corner position, with a terrace accessed from the living area creating further outside room for relaxed al fresco dining as well as a large roof terrace above with sun loungers for the complete chill out experience.

The apartment has been furnished throughout with high quality Italian designer furniture, making maximum use of light and space. On the first floor is the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with double sofa bed and direct access to the terrace, double bedroom with king size bed (can be twins), bathroom (shower). Stairs to the top roof terrace.

This is a very contemporary apartment in a fully south facing position.

Our comment: This is a perfect getaway for a couple who want a total relaxing break with plenty of outside space and excellent views.
