An apartment in Giudecca Mare, a new development on Giudecca.

This is one of the most spectacular apartments in the development - a one bedroom apartment with courtyard, two terraces and own private boat mooring right on the lagoon - water heaven!

Our comment: we are really excited about this apartment as it is  unique in Venice - a totally fabulous property with its own boat  mooring, as well as being part of an exclusive development with central dock area. Already a popular apartment, so best to book early before dates snapped up...
