This is one of a small group of apartments to let in Giudecca Mare, a new waterfront development on Giudecca with communal courtyard and dock area.

This apartment has  direct views on to central area and to the lagoon from its completely stunning glass double height windows, as well as pretty patio area to the front for al fresco dining and prosecco sipping....

Every detail has been carefully thought out by its Venice loving owners who have gone to huge lengths to make it the ultimate destination home, from its Gustavian grey and white interiors to fabulous Venetian style mirrors, books, CDs and private wine collection.

On the ground floor is the open plan living/dining/ kitchen area with double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom (shower) making it very convenient for guests. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with king size Gustavian bed with 9" hand made Norris mattress and a further bathroom also with shower. The double bedroom is a gallery over the living room, so open at the front.

This is a most tastefully designed apartment with well proportioned accommodation for two couples in a fully south facing location.

Our comment:  This is a stunning apartment which we know will be much in demand for its style, position, views and easy living.  It's beautiful.
