An absolutely lovely and classic apartment in a 16th  building, excellent, prime location - just back from Accademia, so close to everything and with not just one but two fabulous terraces were one can while away the hours with a glass of prosecco...

The apartment is light and airy, and is both elegant and comfortable, a very relaxed and easy living sort of apartment. Original terrazzo flooring and open beams complete the total Venetian feel. The living room has a classic balcony while there is direct access from the dining room and the kitchen to the front terrace.

There are three bedrooms - two doubles and one single as well as a single divan bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room and there are two further bathrooms one with tub and shower and the other with shower.

The terraces are particularly attractive - the 'front' terrace has partial views of Accademia and the Grand Canal while the rear terrace is very private with lots of plants and table and chairs. First floor.

Our comment: This is a really lovely apartment - perfect in terms of position, and with masses of living space.
