This is a fabulous recently restored mezzanine apartment in an impressive Grand Canal Palazzo on Dorsoduro. 

The apartment comprises a living room with stunning views onto the Palazzo's private garden, separate dining room, three double bedrooms again with views onto the private garden (one with twin beds), one small extra room with an extra bed suitable for a child, three bathrooms (one with bath and separate shower, two with bath. It also boasts a fully equipped kitchen.  

The mezzanine is in between the first and second floor, one can take the lift to the second and there is a small flight of stairs leading down to the apartment. The owner has put a great deal of thought into the furnishing of the apartment and has tastefully decorated it throughout.

The location of the apartment could not be better, footsteps away from the cafes of Campo San Barnaba and the gallery Ca' Rezzonico. Not forgetting the floating fruit and vegetable stall on the way to Campo Santa Margherita. Highly recommended.  

Also of interest, the mezzanine can be used in conjunction with the v248 Canal Grande Terrazza apartment that is on the top floor of the same Palazzo for extended groups. A fantastic solution!  

Our comment: The perfect for space for a group of friends or small family in a fabulous apartment in a sought after part of Venice. Unfortunately the private garden is not in use for this apartment.
