This is the dream place - a small elegant yet simple raised ground floor apartment on the Grand Canal and next to the famous Peggy Guggenheim museum - perfect!

The apartment is accessed via a private calle and the ground floor entrance of the palazzo is really beautiful. This apartment is quaint - nicely furnished and well planned.

The small kitchenette is galley style and perfect for creating pastas and risottos. The living room has two large windows on the Grand Canal where you can idly lose hours watching the life on the canal. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower attachment while the main bedroom has a wc and sink. Please note that access to the main bathroom is via the second bedroom.

Our comment: this is everyone's dream - to be able to stay on the Grand Canal without paying the earth. It's charming and comfortable, and will be very popular I am sure.
