This apartment is state of the art in a new and stunning location on the up and coming Giudecca island, only a short hop from Dorsoduro and San Marco, and with a special character all of its own. Giudecca has a really local feel with small shops, nice waterfront restaurants and, on the lagoon side, a really meridional maritime feel with stunning views onto the whole lagoon and outlying islands. Home to the Cipriani, Harry's Dolci and also to a famous celebrity or two, Giudecca is the new in place to be!

This apartment is on the third and fourth floor of a design award winning building. The 'first floor' has a big open plan living/dining room with great kitchen area, and a double bedroom (king size bed) with a bathroom (shower only).

Upstairs there is a good sized studio space with a double bed in the alcove, and a further double sofa bed for guests. On this floor is an en suite bathroom with corner bath. Double doors open onto a fabulous south facing terrace with panoramic views over the whole lagoon and towards San Marco.

The apartment has been furnished in fabulous designer taste and is a comfortable home with a strong interior design feel.

Our comment: This is a truly fabulous apartment in its own right but the position is even more spectacular - this is the right place to be to really appreciate Venice, and with the advantage of being able to pop around the corner to the little grocer's for some pasta and a bottle of wine to enjoy on your secluded terrace, it's perfect! I have always loved Giudecca and now it's time for everyone to discover its charms!
