Our comment: this is a very light, south-facing flat well cared for by its owners who live only a few minutes away - some people think it may be slightly off the beaten track, but absolutely not - it’s only 10/15 minutes walk from Accademia but it has the advantage of being in a very quiet location. A very popular choice and good value for money. Owned by the same owners as v18 and v19. Facilities: Telephone, central heating, washing machine, oven, microwave, air conditioning.
