A delightful raised ground floor apartment close to the church of San Barnaba and the Ca'Rezzonico (just down from the fruit and vegetable boat seller for connoisseurs of Venice!).

The apartment has canal views from both the double bedroom (can be double or twin beds) and living room. It also has a good sized separate kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom (shower) and use of the small courtyard. The perfect Venetian pied-à-terre. The windows have one-way glass for privacy, but only with the lights off - so don't forget to close the shutters!

Our comment: this is a frequently booked popular apartment for its location, courtyard and good separate kitchen. It's got everything you want and is good value for money. An extra bed can be put in the apartment (living room) if there is a third guest in the party. Please note one sofa will be taken out of the apartment to fit the extra bed in.
