It has an entrance hall leading to a comfortable living room with a double pull out bed; French doors lead on to the garden. Double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower (not full bath) and there is a separate w.c. The bedroom is on the street side so there is sometimes a little noise of passers by. It has a really pretty courtyard garden with table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining. The courtyard gives on to other courtyard gardens giving an open "allotment" feel. Really lovely and well looked after by its local very Venetian caretaking family. Our comment: this is a very nice apartment in a quiet location with the added advantage of a really attractive courtyard garden. Facilities: Telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, central heating.
