This apartment is the perfect solution for anyone looking for a spacious apartment in an excellent central location with partial views of the Grand Canal. It's on the top floor of an impressive 16th century palazzo just off Campo Sant'Angelo, a stone's throw from both San Marco and Accademia. It has lovely rooftop views over towards the Frari and is both light and well furnished.

The apartment has three bedrooms (one double, two double or twin), a big living/dining room and a small but very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (tub and shower). It is comfortably furnished and cosy. This apartment is only suitable for those people seeking a quiet and tranquil stay in Venice as it forms part of a discreet and respected palazzo - no parties or wild music here!

There is an interconnecting apartment on the same floor which has two rooms (a lounge bedroom with two single beds, triple aspect windows, and a walk through study bedroom with a single bed). Some kitchen facilities (microwave, kettle) and a bathroom, making four to five bedrooms, two bathrooms in all but still only for six people in total - not always available.

Our comment: a large and spacious apartment which is much recommended.
