This is a first class apartment in a great position at Sant'Antonin, only three minutes to San Marco yet very much having a local feel.

The apartment is on the third floor (46 steps, no lift) of a 15th century house close to the Chiesa Dei Greci, with partial canal views. It has been newly restored to an excellent standard, retaining all the original features such as original beams yet incorporating ultra modern additions such as parquet, modern lighting and designer furniture. It really is divine and will be a very popular choice.

The apartment is only a few minutes from the Danieli and is close to excellent food shops selling fresh vegetables, delicatessen type food and wines. The water taxi can drop off only 30 metres from the house.

This apartment can be rented in conjunction with v175 to accommodate 6 guests.
