It really feels more like a provincial French house than the centre of Venice! It has an entrance hall leading to a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a good kitchen area. French doors lead on to the garden. The main bedroom has a double bed and there is a second bedroom with two single beds. The main bathroom has a state of the art shower/ hydro-massage/ Turkish steam cabinet. The second bathroom has a small bath and shower attachment. It has a courtyard garden on two sides. There is a private altana terrace on the third floor accessed via the main staircase - it has panoramic views of the whole of Venice. Our comment: this is a very good family apartment with everything you could want in Venice including a garden. Much recommended. Facilities: Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, fans in twin bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, central heating, oven.
