A delightful and elegant studio on the first floor, with living area/ twin beds (can be a double bed), dining area, separate kitchenette, bathroom. Pretty canal views.

Our comment: Monolocale cannot be bettered for its atmosphere, charm and position at this price level and size. A very pretty property.

Facilities: air conditioning and/or portable fans available on request. No TV.
