This is a third (and top) floor apartment of a lovely Palazzo in the quiet and non-touristy area of Santa Croce - the oldest part of Venice.

It is spectacular in that it has three divine terraces, two of which also have wonderful canal views as well as distant views of the campanile of San Marco. One of the terraces is off the master bedroom for private breakfasts a'deux, the larger terrace for al fresco dining and the altana for sunbathing and generally luxuriating!

The apartment itself is most comfortable and well equipped. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the single bed room has a pull down bed, more suited to teenagers, for extra space. The bathroom has a tub and shower. There is no lift.

Private water taxi to the Palazzo is possible.

Our comment: This is everyone's dream place - it really has everything you could possibly want in Venice - it will be immensely popular so book soon!

Facilities: Satellite TV, CD player, wireless internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, central heating, air conditioning, no lift. A cot is available on request.
