One of the apartments in the Palazzetto San Lio

The piano nobile apartment. It is on the first floor and has a fabulous original frescoed ceiling. This apartment is most unusual, having a double bedded silk draped alcove as part of the main room - the living room also has a double sofa bed in the sitting area and a dining area, It has pretty canal views from the large windows in the living room.

There is a separate (tiny) bedroom with bunk beds suitable for young persons only, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The simple kitchenette has been cleverly fitted as part of the entrance.

Our comment: Altogether an unusual and lovely apartment - I have very fond memories of this one as it was the first apartment I stayed in in Venice - it looked slightly different when we were there as it was scattered with shoe boxes and big glossy carrier bags! A great trip!

Facilities: air conditioning and/or portable fans available on request. No TV.

Other information	Extra person (+1) €30 per week/€20 short stay. The rental price includes gas, electricity, bed and bath linen and final cleaning. Air conditioning available on request, payable as per consumption. Fans also available. There are 2 air con units and 10 fans for the whole palazzo, so early booking is advised. Late arrival charge after 8.00pm at property: €65, payable locally. Please check before booking that this will be possible.
