		The accommodation comprises: large open plan living/dining room, separate sitting room with sofa bed, kitchen area, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) A spacious open plan third floor apartment of a little antique palazzo right on the beautiful Campo Santa Maria Formosa, close to both Rialto and San Marco yet just off the beaten track of tourists. The campo is a real meeting place for locals with its bars and restaurants, and every day there is an excellent fruit and vegetable stall. I particularly enjoy sitting in Campo S.M. Formosa at around four o'clock and seeing the local children playing football - oblivious to their fantastic surroundings. The apartment is interestingly furnished in modern style, light and airy, with three double bedrooms (one with extra single bed), two bathrooms (one bath and shower en suite, one bath only), a well equipped kitchen area, a living/dining room and a further small sitting room facing S.M. Formosa with single divan. There is no lift. Original terrazzo flooring. Our comment: a quirky contemporary apartment in the perfect Venetian location, light and spacious, but not for anyone seeking a "luxury" feel. The trendy owner has used lots of vivid colours which are fun and modern in style. The bathrooms are old fashioned, but it is very spacious and accommodates six people easily. Good for entertaining in a large group. Facilities: CD player, central heating, two portable air conditioning units, dishwasher, washing machine, oven.
