Giudecca Mare

Giudecca Mare is a spectacular new luxury waterfront development on the south side of Giudecca close to the Cipriani, and only a short boat ride to San Marco from the nearby Zitelle vaporetto stop. Built on the site of an old squero (gondola boathouse), it comprises a cluster of individual architect designed apartments built around a central docking area, very convenient for when friends drop by for lunch in their boat.....

The views from all apartments are stunning - the lagoon is unspoilt and tranquil, with very little boat traffic at all - just wonderful sunsets and distant views of other islands - it's heaven on earth yet only eight minutes from Harry's bar at San Marco and, in the summer, only 20 minutes by direct vaporetto to the Lido. The apartments are designed to be cool in the summer and cosy in winter when even on the most ordinary day somehow the sun always seems to shine over the lagoon.
