When you arrive at your apartment you are met by a regular key holder who knows the property well. Should problems arise during your stay for whatever reason, you can contact our local representative independently to sort out the problem quickly and efficiently. Over the years we have quickly dropped any apartments which have proved to be less than perfect, and we can say for sure that all of our properties are tried, tested and fully recommended.
