Campanile (v87)
Now returned to UK after a stunning week in Venice at your Campanile apartment. It was a lovely apartment, beautifully situated, very comfortable and well appointed. Even the 72 stairs to the door were worth the pain, although beneficial to our health at the end of the week.
Thank you also to your representative who was so sweet and helpful. I must say, as a first time visitor to Venice it was wonderful to see her standing on the quay side when we arrived in the water taxi, it would have taken us hours to find the apartment. Her little baggage transporter on the stairs was also a lifesaver.

We stayed in Campanile and thoroughly enjoyed our week. The apartment was the best we have stayed in since we started visiting Italy six years ago. It is well furnished, well equipped (including some provisions on arrival), has an excellent location and your representative was a pleasure to deal with and extremely efficient. Also thanks to you for making the arrangements easy and giving us a good start to the holiday.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you all know that we had a fantastic time in Venice and that the apartment was great.
We look forward to going to Venice for a third time with Venetian Apartments sometime in the near future (it must be a family thing as I understand my parents have just booked their second stay in one of your apartments for May!).
Some feedback (hope it's useful):
- the directions to the apartment were very easy to follow
- the keyholder for the apartment was so helpful and allowed us access earlier than was required
- maid service twice in the week was a real luxury!

I had a wonderful stay in Venice, and the apartment was simply excellent. It was elegant, but at the same time extremely comfortable, very cosy, in a great location, and the standard was every bit as high as expected. I would also like to compliment you on the flawless organisation, from the first enquiry, over the booking, to the arrangement for the water taxi (Massimo was indeed waiting as promised), and finally the reception at the apartment by your representative, who was very helpful throughout; not only did it all work like clockwork, but it was "service with a smile".
I have already recommended your company to a number of friends and will most definitely use your services again in the future as I have a feeling that this might well become a yearly event for me. I have loved Venice from the very first time I visited years ago, but this time was very special as I had the feeling of actually living there (a dream of mine for the future), rather than just being a tourist on a visit. And last but not least, a big compliment on your wonderfully instructive and very seductive website - I shall go for a browse whenever I need a lift!

My wife and I just returned from a delightful week in Venice. We stayed at the Campanile (v87). The apartment met and exceeded our expectations. Nicole was helpful. Please give a special thank you to Massimo and his water-taxi crew.
On the day of our early morning departure, there was a dense fog. We were dropped off at the car park and driven by Massimo to the airport, where we made our flight.
I would be more than happy to serve as a reference for Venetian apartments.
