Arsenale II (v71)

I wanted to thank you for all your help with my recent apartment rental in Venice. As you know, we rented V71, Flat II, Arsenale, and the apartment was perfect for my daughter and me. Your representative was very helpful in advising us on transportation from the airport, and was waiting for us on arrival. Because it was our first time in Venice, we did a lot of the typical things around Piazza San Marco, and this made the apartment's location especially good for us. My daughter appreciated having her own bathroom and canal view. I liked the ability to pop out to the nearby shops and be back in a few minutes with whatever I had forgotten.

I would definitely recommend your organization, and the Arsenale apartment to anyone. Thanks to you for a wonderful experience. I can't wait for our next chance to visit Venice.

Just a quick note to let you know that our vacation in Venice was wonderful. A major component of that was our accommodations in Flat II of Campo Arsenale. The apartment was lovely. It was convenient, clean and it came with built in set contacts for us in Venice. We didn't realize it at the time of booking, but those people were invaluable to us since we had problems with our luggage and they were able to receive it for us when we were out during the day. Thank you and I will not hesitate in recommending your company to friends in the future.

Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our week in the two Arsenale flats (v71 and v73). You were quite right about their suitability for our extended family. The pair with their three boys fitted nicely into the larger first floor flat and we were very happy at the top with our son and his wife. Luckily there was no-one in between us so we were able to swop freely between the two without disturbing anyone.

The flats were beautifully equipped and my daughter in particular appreciated the good kitchen, washing machines etc., while we much enjoyed our little terrace. We were lucky enough to hit the preparation for the Ascension Day regatta right under our windows, and as you said we were very well placed for the Lido on the one hand and St Mark's on the other. Your representative was most efficient and helpful, Laguna Taxis did their bit, so generally all went perfectly.
