Just arrived home from an incredible trip. (Rome 7 nights and Venice 4 nights). The apartment in Venice was unbelievable. What a great city !!!! Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for all your help.

I'd like to report that our stay at Accademia Terraza was excellent. Your representative couldn't have been more obliging and helpful, and the flat was the best we've rented so far - we enjoyed the kitchen so much that I ended up cooking every night. Internet access was a real life-saver as there were all sorts of things everyone needed to monitor even while on holiday. We especially enjoyed looking at the collection of glassware, the domestic odds and ends in the pantry (wheeled shopping basket, ironing board, fan) made life much easier, and we listened to the CDs they left out every evening.

Before the memories of our trip fade I want to tell you that the apartment we rented (v253) was wonderful not only for being so spacious but also for the detail care of everything; not to mention the spectacular neighbourhood!. A real success with all my family, an indelible memory for all of us. I want to thank you for making the whole process of renting it so smooth and easy.

The apartment was incredible!!! It made the perfect trip. The transfer arrangements went flawlessly. My girls want to be adopted by the apartment owners so they can live there. We all had an incredible time. Thank you for your help.
