We stayed in the Santa Croce apartments in April, myself and my fiancee, her sister, parents and grandparents. We all loved all of the apartments, all of which were, as ever, impeccable. My family and I had a wonderful stay in your lovely Venetian flat last month. Not only did the flat exceed expectations, it proved to be in a perfect location, accessible but off the beaten path. My boys especially liked joining the local lads in the Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio for evening games of soccer!

All eight of us enjoyed staying in your apartments (v191, v139 and v220) enormously. We were touched and delighted by the presents which greeted us (Prosecco was such a good choice - it is a great favourite of ours), and we loved the apartments and their decor. Your representative was very kind and helpful, and she provided me with some challenging vocabulary exercises as she explained the whereabouts of fridges, washing machines and central heating controls!
Our planes, taxis, arrivals and departures all went perfectly smoothly, and we were immediately able to relax in our comfortable apartments. We all had an extremely happy week, and I was asked to write on behalf of the whole party.

We had the most wonderful time in Venice. The apartment was lovely - spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. The terrace was just incredible - we spent many happy moments just sitting, the children playing, enjoying the silence of the city, the bells of the churches, the view of the city and the garden, and the shade and fragrance of the wisteria.
The cots for the babies were perfect and the single bed was great for our oldest son. Thank you for all that you did to make it a wonderful stay. We will happily use Venetian Apartments when we travel again and have already made several recommendations.

Further to our recent stay over the Christmas period I wish to express the delight and pleasure we experienced staying in the Santa Croce Apartment. It was a home from home and we were made especially welcome by the bottle of Prosecco and the panatone that greeted us on our arrival. The flat, during a bright and crisp Christmas period was warm and comfortable and the cooking facilities could not be criticized by even the most fussy cordon-bleu chef. Surrounded by antique furniture, lovely wooden beams and attractive renaissance paintings we were totally immersed into a fairy tale experience.

Have had a fantastic holiday in Venice. We came over for a highland wedding and pictures were taken which will be seen world wide. St. Marie Sà what a setting. The apartment just added to the whole experience. Thanks you much for everything.

Thank you for relocating us in Santa Croce Terrazza when Frari Marin became unavailable. It is a beautifully furnished and equipped apartment. The owner has done a wonderful job. I had not been to Venice since the 1980s when I made four visits. It is far more touristy now and this made a stay in Santa Croce so much more attractive. We were able to catch the last week-end of the Bienialle (in torrential rain and an acqua alta) and intend to come for another - hopefully, the next one.

I wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in your Santa Croce apartment. We particularly liked the terrace, shaded by the lovely wisteria. It was good, also, to have a view of the garden especially as the flowers on the oleander trees started to open.
We also were pleased with the location. Although we have stayed in Venice twice previously we hadn't spent very much time in Santa Croce. So this gave us an opportunity to find new treasures. We particularly liked the atmosphere in the local campo of San Giacomo dall'Orio.
Thank you very much for our welcoming treats, the strawberries arranged to cover the fruit plate made a beautiful picture and tasted just as good. The Prosecco was lovely too. It was a pleasure to meet you and the owner again. Thank you for taking the time to show us around and make us feel so welcome.

My family and I want to thank you for providing such wonderful accomodation for us during our stay in Venice. The flats were perfect in that our whole family could be together. The owner has done a terrific job of decorating and furnishing the apartments and everything was absolutely delightful. We intend to book all three apartments (v139, v191, v220) in May of next year as well.
