Just to thank you and the team for all your help with our second stay in Cortile. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Signor Arciso is extremely welcoming and always helpful. Thank you so much for your help and we really appreciated what you did. Hopefully we will soon plan our fifth holiday with Venetian Apartments.

We have just returned from a week in the above apartment and just wanted to let you know how wonderful it was. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need - and more. As a keen cook, I am used to 'making do' when we stay self-catering but that was not necessary this time. It was also the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in, at home or abroad. We definitely intend to retun.

I confirm that we had a very pleasant stay at the property, which was clean, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located to all sites and amenities. The owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful - we would certainly consider booking another holiday at this excellent property. Having eulogised about our holiday accommodation to work colleagues and given them details of Venetian Apartments it is highly probable that the high standard of the property and your efficient management of the booking arrangements will lead to some additional business.

The owners were great - very friendly and they even put flowers in the apartment to welcome us! We liked the apartment very much. The kitchen is terrific - it had everything. The bedroom is small but well appointed. The lounge was nice and comfortable and lead out to the garden. The garden is small but a nice area for eating out for breakfast or in the evening.
The best thing about the apartment was how cool it was - outside was unbearably hot in the middle of the day but it was always cool inside. It's ideal for anyone who suffers from the heat.
The area is a bit away from the normal tourist routes but only 5 minutes walk to a vaporetto stop (Arsenale) from which you can also get the boat to the airport.
