My husband and I returned last Saturday from a week in Venice, staying at one of your apartments for the first time. We had a wonderful week. The apartment exceeded our expectations and we shall certainly return. We want to let you know how helpful and efficient your representative was. I rang her from the water taxi and she instructed the driver to drop us at the end of our road. As well as lots of other useful information, she told us about the boat race the following morning and we were so glad not to have missed the chance to see it. She is very interesting and informative about Venice, you have a little gem there! The friends who joined us in Venice, always stay at the Londra Palace but have now vowed to book one of your apartments in future.

Just a note to say a big thank-you for the apartment last week. We have stayed in all sorts of accommodation in Italy and France but this was the best ever - by miles. The apartment had been converted beautifully - I am an architect and really appreciated the care and attention.
The terrace was just fantastic - views which I just had to draw. We look forward to booking again in the future.
