Palazzo Santa Giustina
I thought I'd drop you a line to say what a lovely time we had last weekend in Venice (Palazzo Santa Giustina) and thank you for your help in organising everything. I would be happy to recommend you and the property. Hopefully we will be making a return visit before too long, three nights was not long enough to enjoy such a beautiful city.

We returned on this Wednesday evening, having had a wonderful time in Venice. The San Clemente apartment was ideal for us and the reception staff there could not have been more helpful. We were also given helpful information on what to do and they kindly booked a tour of the secret rooms of the Doges' palace for us - which we wouldn't have known about, unless we had been told. They were very kind indeed.
The apartment itself was very pleasant, and we'll be recommending the apartments to our friends. We certainly would like to return on another occasion.

We had a fab time in Venice and our apartment at the Palazzo Santa Giustina was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. I shall certainly recommend it to friends as a much nicer alternative to a cramped hotel room in Venice!

I just wanted to let you know we had an absolutely super time in Venice and the Torcello apartment was just gorgeous - especially the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful and the people at the Palazzo were all very helpful - even finding us a carton of milk for our tea when we arrived late on Thursday. It was a very special holiday, and we will have many happy memories for years to come. A big thank you for all your support and advice. Much appreciated.

Now that I've started to come back down to earth after our wonderful time in Venice I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help - I really appreciated your patience with what was a complicated booking! We all had a fabulous time - it was magic - truly a birthday party to remember! Please pass on our thanks to all at Venetian Apartments for a wonderful stay at Palazzo Santa Giustina. We had a truly memorable time and the apartment really contributed to that, it was warm, clean and most importantly for the children, spacious. The breakfasts set us up for the whole day, and we were really glad that we had booked a water taxi, the look on the children's faces as we sped across the lagoon is one we will always remember! Highlights for us were chasing pigeons in St Mark's Square for our five year old, the fish market for all the children and managing to walk into the Doge's Palace and up the Campanile with hardly anyone else around for all of us! We used several of your restaurant suggestions and enoyed all of them. Hope you get lots more bookings from Amersham as we are recommending you to everyone.

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Torcello. We especially loved the altana. The air conditioning was very adequate and we loved the marble bathtubs! The staff was incredibly polite, friendly and helpful. And breakfast was great! Thank you to all of them!

Would you kindly let everyone know what a wonderful time we all had last weekend. We all thought the Palazzo was absolutely superb - very comfortable and spacious - beautiful bathrooms just as you said. The staff were extremely professional as well as being very friendly and helpful. They sent me a bottle of Prosecco (I hope that is how you spell it) to celebrate my birthday which was such a thoughtful thing to do and as the weather was truly awful on the Sunday, they also loaned us a couple of umbrellas - truly a visit without fault.

We had a wonderful three days in Venice. The apartment was fantastic - we were all very impressed.
Wonderful courtyard with pool and fountain. Very impressive entrance hall and second floor area/breakfast room. Lovely breakfasts. VERY friendly helpful staff. And a very good location too - near St Marks Square, but in an area where real Venetians live. Couldn't have been better.
We hope to book with you again some time, and would recommend you to anyone.

Thank you very much for making it possible to stay at the Palazzo Santa Giustina. It was a great privilege to be there. The building and situation are a triumph as far as we are concerned, and we cannot speak too highly of the consideration and the warm welcome which we were given by Roberto and the team.
We hope that we shall be able to return there before long. I have my eye on our silver anniversary in September next year and I should be very grateful if you could keep us in touch on this possibility.
