Santa Croce Giardino (v139)
All eight of us enjoyed staying in your apartments (v191, v139 and v220) enormously. We were touched and delighted by the presents which greeted us (Prosecco was such a good choice - it is a great favourite of ours), and we loved the apartments and their decor. Your representative was very kind and helpful, and she provided me with some challenging vocabulary exercises as she explained the whereabouts of fridges, washing machines and central heating controls!
Our planes, taxis, arrivals and departures all went perfectly smoothly, and we were immediately able to relax in our comfortable apartments. We all had an extremely happy week, and I was asked to write on behalf of the whole party.

Have just had a week at Santa Croce Giardino in Venice. Having been to Venice several times in hotels this was the first time in an apartment. The owners happened to be in Venice when we arrived and were most hospitable; the lady who looked after the apartment was excellent and the apartment itself was superb. Many thanks for your service and we will not hesitate to use you again.

Just to let you know - we had a wonderful time in Venice with lots of sunshine and it was very warm. The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet location, very clean, very well furnished and your representative was very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay there again. We could walk anywhere from the appartment and in the evenings we could eat outside of one of those many lovely Trattorias just in that area. Thank you again for your help!

The apartment really made our holiday in July and the location was quiet but still convenient - we especially enjoyed the garden. My family and I began to feel like locals after a while. My family and I want to thank you for providing such wonderful accomodation for us during our stay in Venice. The flats were perfect in that our whole family could be together. The owner has done a terrific job of decorating and furnishing the apartments and everything was absolutely delightful. We intend to book all three apartments (v139, v191, v220) in May of next year as well.

The apartment in Santa Croce was a complete delight. The garden fabulous and the service/help brilliant. We were not the easiest customers with changes to our travel plans, a very young child, delayed flights etc, but found Venetian Apartments and their representatives absolutely superb. Venice is a dream destination anyway, but staying in this tranquil apartment with such a huge garden made it a total joy. Having a very active toddler it was wonderful to be able to relax while he pottered around the garden in total safety. The whole trip was such as success that we stayed on an extra three days. The quality of the apartment certainly justified the cost - I've never rented a self-catering apartment beofre that actually has proper cooking utensils: knives that cut, pans that aren't burnt. Very handy for the Rialto markets too. We will be returning.

We have just returned from a marvellous holiday in Venice spent at the Santa Croce Giardino apartment. It was beautifully appointed, extremely clean and the owner had very kindly left a bottle of prosecco, a cake and drinks and chocs for our children. She arrived herself the following day and spent a great deal of time advising us on how to get to her apartment in Veronza where we spent the following week.
When we arrived there after a stunning drive along the banks of the Lago di Garda she was there to meet us again. Her Dolomite apartment is also stunning and once again there were little welcoming presents left in the fridge.
The owner seems to take huge amounts of trouble in the presentation of her apartments - in both cases we felt as though we were her personal guests staying at her own house.
My family and I have rented many houses and apartments over the years, including Landmark and National Trust properties. These apartments have been the nicest so far - many congratulations to you in finding them.
