A quick e-mail to say thank you for a marvellous holiday in Venice from which we returned early today. The apartment was superb, clean and fully equipped, and ideally situated for our needs, being only two minutes from the Arsenale water bus stop and the same from the Garibaldi shopping area (everything 20%-30% cheaper than closer to St Mark's).
We have travelled to Venice several times before, always with the larger, well known operators but can honestly say that your arrangements were far superior. Met at every step of the journey by water taxi operator, apartment rep etc. Everything (apart from the weather, water bus strike and air traffic control strike) went like clockwork and we cannot blame you for weather and strikes. Even those problems made the holiday into an adventure. We were very pleased with all the arrangements and will happily recommend your company to any one. Thank you very much for making a truly enjoyable holiday.

I'm back in my office this morning, under a leaden north eastern sky, and daydreaming about the wonderful week we have just spent in the Leoni apartment in Venice. The weather was fine and balmy, the summer crush had given way to palatable numbers of visitors, and Leoni was ideal for us - quiet but central, close to Via Garibaldi with its food shops, Saturday flea market and local life, and - for two older people newly met - a romantic setting for our first holiday together.

We had a lovely time at the apartment in Arsenale, and Paola looked after us very well. The apartment was well equipped, and nicely decorated, and we both slept very well on the pull out sofas. We have fallen in love with Venice, and hope to return some day.
