Thanks to you and to Venetian Apartments for a wonderful week at the Palazzo Accademia. It was truly memorable, with an unforgettable view on Venice. The owner simply could not have been more welcoming, even treating us to a tour of the Palazzo. Again, a wonderful stay! Our thanks as well for making the reservations for us when Da Fiore was unreachable; marvelous lunch, of course!

We had an excellent stay in v130 and v131 last week. As a family we took both apartments and the opportunity to eat on the balconies overlooking the Grand Canal made for a very special time. Over the years we have used many apartments in Venice, including another on your list last year, but it will now be hard to think about staying elsewhere.

The flat was wonderful. Loved the kitchenette! Although never used the stove, just the refrigerator and electric water heater. Rarely is something so much better than expected. It was just as you describe it, which means to a cynical traveller, twice expectations.
Appreciate your perfect help. As Marcel Proust wrote, When I was in Venice my dream was my address.

I wanted to let you know what a perfectly lovely time we had in Venice. The apartment was delightful. We especially loved the balcony where we started and ended each day watching the spectacular scenes of Venice unfold up and down the canal. We can't thank you enough for your help in arranging the rental, generously rescheduling after 9/11, setting up the water taxi, and giving us all the information and advice we needed to make the trip comfortable. Your help was invaluable, and I hope you'll convey to the owners how much we enjoyed their apartment.
Thanks again for all of your help. We are already ready to return to Venice! We'll contact you as soon as we can specify the dates we would like to reserve.
