Just a quick note to say how much we all enjoyed our holiday in Venice. The villa was delightful and perfectly situated for all our needs. The water taxis to and from the airport were prompt and expedicious. Thank you again for a lovely holiday.

We felt we must tell you how much we enjoyed our week in Casina. We found it a delightful little house, all the beds were very comfortable, the lounge was fine and the terrace came in for the most unexpected amount of use, it being the end of April. We finished up on the Friday evening drinking Bellinis on the terrace at 10pm. We are studying the website now for our return trip.

We have found this little house to be ideally located: convenient on foot and for the vaporetto, a good quality restaurant nearby, situated in a quiet Venetian neighbourhood, this house provided a good base for our explorations of Serenissima.

Our return to Venice has lived up to all the expectations. Staying at Casina is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of St Mark's Square and the Grand Canal. Being able to relax on the jasmine scented terrace had been a real plus.

Bijoux - a real find. The location of this delightful cottage is so convenient for the cosmopolitan San Marco and for the truly Venetian Via Garibaldi, have helped to make this the most perfect of our Venetian holidays to date. We hope to return in the future.

A perfect house, a perfect host, perfect weather and altogether a perfect holiday. More visits to Venice than I can remember but it gets better each time. We cannot recommend Casina highly enough. The location is excellent and the terrace makes it ideal. We cannot wait to return.

Just to say we had a really great time in Venice; the house was lovely, as was the owner. He rang me this evening to thank us for a painting which we did of his house as left it as a present for him.
The house was really great; some Canadians were staying next door and showed us around their little house, but our house was far superior. As the streets are narrow and not much light gets in, plenty of white walls and light furnishings are required - that is what we had in ours. Next door was darker and smaller and a bit older and 'used' looking. We were very lucky.
The roof terrace was the best bit - we were up there several times a day - really lovely to have that. We did lots of painting all around Venice though the area we were staying in had really picturesque little bridges and canals so we didn't really have to go very far.
So thank you very much; the owner says he would like to see us again and I'm sure we will do it again next year.

I just had to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Casina in Venice. It is a delightful cottage in an excellent location gave us a very comfortable place to return to after exploring the beauties of Venice every day. The owner was very kind, met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We told him how much we enjoyed Casina.
The water taxi met us as scheduled and picked us up at 3:30 AM (a hideous hour for all of us) so that we could get to the airport for our early flight.
Thank you for all of your help. We will get back to you again when we plan our next trip to Venice.

Perhaps you would welcome some feedback about the apartment and a recommendation for a restaurant?
We found the house delightful, quiet and excellently located. We would recommend it to any one. We particularly liked the naval touches and thought the house would be excellent for a family with two children as the twin room had authentic "sea beds" which would certainly appeal to imaginative kids! The owner was extremely helpful dealing with any queries we had very quickly. The roof terrace was a huge bonus.
The restaurant we enjoyed most was called "Aqua Pazza" between San Marco and Rialto. A southern Italian menu (pasta, excellent pizza, great steaks), good value (for Venice), lovely outdoor area in an atmospheric square, good service and a range of complimentary fruit liquors. Who could ask for more!
We look forward to our next trip with your company and have already recommended your firm to several Italian minded friends.
