I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday and in particular the Alberi apartment. It is a beautiful building, extremely peaceful - that wonderful tree outside the window - and in an excellent location. Very unusually it has real furniture and pictures, not things from Ikea for tenants to break. We had an idea of that from the photos on the website, but in reality everything was even better than we expected. Altogether it was a hundred times nicer than anywhere we have ever rented.
The icing on the cake was that your representative had made up a little wicker basket with an old pillow in it for our pug. She jumped straight into it and absolutely adored it, to the point where we are going to get her one like it at home.
Thank you both so much for all your help, your patience with our changing dates and your incredibly efficient website support and organisation. We hope to be in touch with you again before too long!

We loved the apartment which offered more than advertised; for example, a nicely equipped kitchen so that after our forays to the nearby Rialto Market we could prepare anything and eat it in style.
And we found your agent an absolute treasure. When we arrived, she was at the apartment and immediately came out to the calle to greet us. She explained how things worked in the apartment, assuring us that we could call her day or night. If all of your agents are like her, you don't need any other form of PR to sell your services.

Just to let you know that everything about our stay in Venice was absolutely perfect. Alberi was so right for us; being spacious, comfortable, quiet and with all one could wish for on the doorstep.The Campo Santa Maria Formosa is extremely beautiful and it was lovely to retreat there after the bustle of St. Mark's Square. I am so glad we took the water taxi both ways as this made the journey so stress free and the driver's punctuality was impressive. Everything happened exactly as outlined and the organisation from the outset went smoothly. Your representative was indeed friendly and helpful and somehow managed to understand our patchy Italian. Living in an apartment is a much richer experience than staying in a hotel. We would love to visit again. Please keep us on your mailing list.

We loved our stay in this apartment - so pretty and comfortable. It was a joy to bask in the sunshine which floods through the living room in the mornings, and to return to somewhere so warm and cosy at night. We found the kitchen very well-equipped too. The apartment was lovely - very well situated. The representative came to meet us off the water taxi which was an added bonus as it was dark, our first visit, and we would no doubt have got lost! I have to say the apartment was lovely, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with a pleasant outlook onto a garden with statuary - and what a fantastic location, about 10 minutes walking from either San Marco or Rialto. I would recommend it to anyone else.

We got back a week ago from Venice. We adored the flat. It is spacious, elegant, quiet and homely. We liked it so much that we did not really want to go out!
Your representative was very kind to us. She could not have been more helpful and we liked her a lot. She was very good with our son (aged two) as well.
