We had a marvellous, if in freezing temperatures, time in Venice and I would like to thank you and your colleagues for all your kindness and efficiency which made our stay so enjoyable and stress free. The apartment was delightful, quiet and very warm, well appointed with all the day-to-day living equipment needed - including all the delicious wine from the owner's vineyard which we could buy at such very reasonable prices. The owner had kindly lent us her own CD player and the telephone was installed. She was charming and welcoming and so keen for us to have a good time.

We have just returned from Venice and would like to thank everyone who made our stay so very special. Our wedding was a perfect day and the apartment was so very beautiful as were the people and atmosphere of Venice. Thank you for all your help. We are most grateful.

Just to let you know that all went well in Venice and the apartment suited us perfectly, great location etc. We liked it so much that we are hoping to have both sets of our parents make a visit to Venice (to the same flat) sometime in the next year and will pass on their details to you as soon as we know their dates.
