We have recently returned from our stay in Venice and wish to thank you all for your efficiency and general handling of our booking. The apartment was most comfortable and amazingly clean and lived up to our very high expectations. An especial thank you must go to your representative who guided us into the apartment and gave us general advice on the city.
We would not have considered using an apartment in Venice if it had not been for Excess Baggage on Radio 4 so a thank you to the BBC too. However it was your extremely professional website plus your ability to speak to customers on the telephone which persuaded us to make an online booking.

It has been a week since my family's return from Venice and this is the first opportunity I have had to thank you. It was my first trip to Venice and I don't think that I could have experienced it any better than through Venetian Apartments.
The ease of booking both accommodation and water taxi removed any hassle out of our journey. Massimo was very kind to my mother, who was a little afraid of stepping down into the launch, and your representative was waiting to greet us as we docked to lead us to the apartment. What service! The apartment was very well situated and was a perfect base to go exploring from.
On more than one occasion, we congratulated ourselves on our choice as we relaxed with a bottle of prosecco and watched some poor unfortunates struggle with their cases from one end of the city to the other trying to find their hotel.
For me, to have the opportunity to cook was superb - given the wonderful produce available at the Rialto market, and by not being in a hotel environment meant that I was able to really relax. It is the first holiday I have taken in at least ten years where I really didn't want to come home again. I could adopt the Venetian lifestyle very easily! With this in mind, could you reserve me a copy of next year's brochure, as I would love to return to "La Serenissima".
Finally, thank you once again to all the ladies who assisted me with my booking. They were all professional, efficient and friendly and a credit to your company.

We have just returned from our vacation in Italy and just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed Venice and our stay at the Santa Maria Formosa flat.
