Use our online enquiry form to check the availability of the apartment. We will contact you by email to confirm that the apartment is free, and invite you to proceed with booking. Click here to go to the enquiry form

Once your apartment is confirmed, you should then make your booking. Any special request, such as extra beds, cots, maid service or taxi transfer, should be advised at this time. Please note that late arrivals (after 8pm) may attract a late arrival charge - please ask us if this will affect you.

If you have already booked your apartment, and would now like to book a water taxi transfer from Marco Polo airport, please click here to open the secure taxi booking form. If you prefer not to book your water taxi online, you can download, print out and fax the water taxi booking form to us. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can send the water taxi booking form by post. Please click here to download the water taxi booking form.
On receipt of your booking form and deposit, you will receive, in approximately 10 days, a booking confirmation and financial statement either via email or post depending on how method booked. This confirmation will show the full address (and telephone number if applicable) of the apartment you have booked, and the name and telephone number of the owner or local representative, whom you should contact 7/10 days prior to departure to advise your expected arrival time.
It will also show the balance of your holiday cost and the method of payment, either two months prior to departure or on arrival (as per web page for the apartment). This will be advised to you before booking, and confirmed in writing.
The confirmation will also show the amount of the security deposit. We do not process this payment, but hold credit card authority for the deposit amount to cover telephone expenses, unpaid late arrivals or breakages. For Prestige properties the security deposit is taken and refunded two weeks after your return.
All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay. One linen change per week is provided. Telephone charges, air conditioning, extra bed and bath linen are extra. For some apartments internet connection and extra guests are charged, however this is advertised at the bottom of each apartment page on the website.
You should not hesitate to ask for further information at any time. With your booking confirmation you will receive additional information in the form of an information pack which should answer most of your queries.
